Capitol Hill is an ecletic neighborhood, it has wonderful old mansions, and newer modern condos. It is a treat to wander through the beautiful tree-lined streets. It is definitely a neighborhood where people are out and about. There are also two colleges nearby (Seattle University, and Seattle Central Community College).
